Our client is a company in the tourism sector, specializing in incoming services, is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager with a strategic vision and the ability to lead the People area. This person will be responsible for designing and executing talent, culture, and organizational development policies, supported by a team of two direct reports. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement the Human Resources strategy aligned with the company. • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development processes. • Lead compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation plans. • Foster a positive, inclusive, and talent•oriented organizational culture. • Manage labor relations with the support of an external advisory firm and negotiate with unions. • Ensure legal compliance in labor matters. • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. • Supervise the department’s budget. • Support organizational change processes.
Requisitos
What makes you a great fit • University degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar. • At least 3–4 years of experience in Human Resources in a generalist or leadership role; experience in the tourism sector is highly valued. • Proven experience in multicultural and international environments. • Bilingual English and Spanish (spoken and written) required; German also highly valued. • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and organizational development. • Postgraduate training in HR, MBA, or related programs (desirable).
